Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Hair products, grooming products, and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for health and safety reasons.
Tools and accessories (e.g., clippers, trimmers, combs) must be in like-new condition, with all original parts and packaging included.
Items marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Email us at faded.armor.barbershop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Need a different item? We’re happy to process an exchange for equal or lesser value, or credit toward another product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
